THE BRONX - A Bronx Bomber stood up to the plate at P.S. 19X yesterday for the unveiling of the school's newly renovated playground.

Center fielder Curtis Granderson hit one homerun after another during a wiffle ball challenge with students. For each ball that sailed over the fence, the school got $100 for new equipment.

Granderson hit 15 homers for a grand total of $1,500. The American Dairy Association and the Dairy Council also donated $5,000.
