Bronx court officers honored for heroism

THE BRONX - Five New York State court officers were honored in The Bronx for their recent show of heroism and bravery.

The officers were quick to respond after a man was shot in the stomach outside the Crown Diner on 161st Street last month.

The men were recognized during a ceremony at the office of Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr., who thanked them for their service on behalf of all local residents.
