THE BRONX - A local fashion designer and entrepreneur has fulfilled a dream by opening her first boutique in The Bronx.

Kimchyann Duong-Williams opened Tilannis Closet in Riverdale about a month ago, but running her own business isn't her only venture. She also works a full-time job, but says she wouldn't have it any other way.

The shop has everything from pants and jackets to jewelry and hats. Shoppers can also expect to see shoes hit the shelves this spring.
