THE BRONX - The Bronx District Attorney's Office told News 12 Wednesday that it will not prosecute a man arrested and charged with raping a 16-year-old girl inside her Tremont apartment.

The DA's Office says there is not enough evidence to move forward on the case against 62-year-old Jose Nallar.

Police say Nallar posed as a maintenance worker and pushed his way into the victim's home on East 182nd Street late Tuesday afternoon.
