THE BRONX - Bronx drivers are parking at odd angles to avoid the piles of snow taking up space on the roads.

Drivers say the mounting piles of snow are forcing them to park so their cars jut out into the street. Many others say they are parking too close to other cars.

The Department of Transportation is warning drivers that parking rules still apply. A driver can receive a fine of up to $115 for not parking parallel to the curb or edge. However, drivers say they have no other way to get a parking spot during this winter.
