THE BRONX - Hundreds of Bronx entrepreneurs looking to start up their first businesses will soon have their own affordable office space.

The city has provided a grant to open the borough?s first incubator. The work space will allow 400 entrepreneurs the opportunity to move in, pay minimal rent and network with one another.

Tenants will be able to lease desks and co-working stations on a month-to-month basis. They will also have access to conference rooms, biweekly networking events and business training.

Officials expect it to open in Feb. 2011.
