PARKCHESTER - A Bronx family has been reunited with their 3-month-old boy after he was held overnight by his baby sitter, Wendy Santana.

An aunt of the baby told News 12 that Daniel Rodriguez was with Santana yesterday, but was never brought back to his Taylor Avenue home.

The child's mother says police spoke to the baby sitter at around 1 p.m. today. She told them that she would bring the child back, but gave no explanation as to why she still had him.

Olga Mejias, the baby’s mother, says she wants to press kidnapping charges against Santana.

Santana did not respond to questions regarding the incident.
