THE BRONX - The clock is ticking for Bronx homeowners in need of federal disaster aid following Hurricane Irene.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will be closing its disaster center in the borough after today.

The center is located at 851 Grand Concourse and will be open until 5 p.m.
