THE BRONX - A Bronx filmmaker has premiered a personal story of Sept. 11 on the big screen.

Thomas MacNamara directed and produced "Boys of Kingsbridge," a movie that documents what his friends, who grew up in the neighborhood, remember about the terror attacks.

MacNamara's friends each give eyewitness accounts of what happened at Ground Zero 12 years ago, not only highlighting 9/11 through their lives, but also serving as a remembrance to those who died.

MacNamara says he didn't want to exploit his friends, but wanted to have their stories told and recorded.
