THE BRONX - A food pantry that serves tens of thousands of Bronx residents each year is struggling to keep its shelves stocked and may be forced to close, organizers say. Give Them To Eat Ministries in Mott Haven has been going strong for 18 years, but lately, organizers say it has been overrun with needy Bronx residents. Group leaders say the weak economy has brought more and more people to the pantry. Give Them To Eat serves some 60,000 people each year.
