THE BRONX - Bronx residents were bundled up Monday as they waited for a bus along Sound Avenue.

Monday’s cold blast is expected to continue, with temperatures topping out in only the upper-20s Tuesday.

The below-freezing temperatures may make for some icy spots on paved surfaces.

Officials say to use caution when walking on sidewalks.
