THE BRONX - Nursing home residents forced to evacuate from Far Rockaway are now resting comfortably in The Bronx.

Westchester Square Medical Center accepted evacuees from the Peninsula Nursing Home, which took a hard hit during Hurricane Sandy.

More than 70 patients were transported by ambulance to the hospital Wednesday.
