Bronx man arraigned in fatal beating of bus driver

THE BRONX - The man accused in the fatal beating of a Bronx school bus driver was arraigned earlier today.Joseph Scott, 30, faces felony assault charges in the fatal assault of 65-year-old Juan Del Valle, whose bus had sideswiped Scott's illegally parked car. Del Valle was left in a coma and died a few days later.Scott will appear in court next on Oct. 26.
