THE BRONX - A Bronx man is recovering after getting beaten outside his apartment complex on Mount Hope Plaza.

Enrique Aragon says the incident happened around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.

"They had to stitch up my eyebrow and around my eyes," he says.

Aragon says he was grabbed from behind and hit with something. He says his headphones were then ripped off his head and his cellphone was stolen.

"I don't want this to happen to another person or my family and I don't want this to happen to anybody," he says.

In total, Aragon got eight stitches and suffered a broken nose.

No arrests have been made.
