Bronx man charged in brutal murder

Police say they believe a Bronx man is tied to a murder that occurred inside of an exclusive hotel and condo complex on Manhattan?s Central

THE BRONX - Police say they believe a Bronx man is tied to a murder that occurred inside of an exclusive hotel and condo complex on Manhattan?s Central Park South.

Sources say that Derrick Praileu, 29, was caught on a hotel surveillance video entering a 44-year-old female?s 10th floor apartment. Sources say Praileu, the hotel?s housekeeping manager, stabbed the victim in her neck and then tied her neck with rope.

Praileu has been charged with second-degree murder.
