THE BRONX - Bronx resident Joseph Zeigler is urging residents to keep the area parks clean.

Zeigler is attempting to restore the Sound Avenue basketball courts. As a child, Zeigler used to play on the courts and credits them as the reason for the full scholarships he received for high school and college.

When Zeigler first came up with the idea, he used his social media presence to raise money for the project and ended up receiving more than he had asked for.

Zeigler says he wants the sentiment to sweep not only the country, but eventually the world.
