THE BRONX - A Bronx man has turned himself into police in connection with a weekend murder in Spring Valley.

Investigators named Otha Williams as a person of interest in the case, and say he’s being charged with menacing in connection to the fatal stabbing of 22-year-old Riccardo Barrett.

According to police in Ramapo, Williams, the victim and others got into a confrontation during a birthday party on Sunday, and Williams started waving a phony handgun during the fight. They are still looking for the killer, and believe he is a friend of Williams.
