Bronx man shot and killed in Harlem

THE BRONX - A 21-year-old Bronx man, Luis Soto, was shot and killed after getting into an argument at a Harlem block party early Sunday morning.

The volley of bullets also wounded six others including two police officers, according to officials. Police Commissioner Ray Kelly says that Soto and another man were arguing when the other man shot him. Then the officers opened fire.

One of those cops was shot by a fellow officer in the confusion. Three civilians have been hospitalized. The officers are both expected to be OK.
