THE BRONX - A workshop at the Westchester Square Civic Association is full of volunteers busy taking donations for Bronx residents put out by Hurricane Sandy.Community volunteers, joined by members of the FDNY's Hispanic Society, have been working non-stop to aid their neighbors.The Civic Association will continue collecting donations through the middle of next week.
