THE BRONX - A Bronx nonprofit that usually helps people deal with local emergencies has shifted its focus to the Haiti relief effort.

Emergency Relief is now collecting donations and packing them for shipment to the quake-ravaged island nation.

Volunteers of all ages have chipped in by sorting donations of water bottles, diapers and other necessities inside the nonprofit's tiny office space.
