Bronx Park construction upsets parents

THE BRONX - Bronx parents say because of Bronx Park construction their children no longer have a safe place to play. Many say the construction equipment and piles of dirt take up most of the park, forcing park-goers to cram in Brady Playground.Parents say the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation should have waited until after summer to break ground.?Where are the kids going to play now?? says parent Artie Otoya.Representatives of the parks department say they are investing $2.7 million into repairs. The park is scheduled to be complete by September 30.
