THE BRONX - Following an alleged incident involving forcible touching of a child at Crotona Park pool, the Parks Department is asking parents to supervise their children at all times.

If children have to use the restroom, adults are advised to escort them or have them go in pairs.

The Parks Department has staff at its facilities, so if there is a problem, it should be reported at once.

Officials are highlighting the importance of these safety guidelines after the arrest of a 15-year-old boy who is accused of approaching a 10-year-old boy at Crotona Park pool Monday and asking him to perform oral sex.
