THE BRONX - Some preschoolers got a first-hand look at some big vehicles today.

Today was the New York Institute for Special Education's Big Wheels on Campus Day.

Students got to see construction vehicles, a fire truck, a police car, and even our own News 12 transit.

The event was part of the school's transportation-themed lesson.

At the end of the day, the kids were treated to a sweet treat from an ice cream truck.
