THE BRONX - Bronx residents who live along Pelham Parkway say lines for new angular parking spots were painted incorrectly.

Residents say the lines are facing the wrong way, forcing drivers to back into the spots.

"If you were to look into the street, you would say this is a two-way street the way [the cars are] parked right now," says Dennis Demers, who has lived in the area for 30 years.
