THE BRONX - It may still be fall, but unseasonably frigid weather is making it feel like winter is already here.
Bronx residents are bundling up with extra layers, hats and gloves as they brave the outdoors. Many say they can't remember a Thanksgiving week being so cold.
The World Health Organization is reminding everyone to take the proper steps to care for their health, such as knowing the signs of hypothermia, which include shivering, memory loss, confusion and drowsiness.
