THE BRONX - Frigid temperatures remained today after the borough?s first snowfall coated streets with flurries Tuesday.

While the snow has been cleared, wind chills have brought a deep freeze to the borough with temperatures in the teens.

Residents say braving the cold is difficult and they hope it warms up soon.
