THE BRONX - Bronx residents honored veterans in Edgewater Park Sunday.

For more than 90 years, the FDNY has organized the event to honor the men and women who have served in the military.

Local leaders were in attendance, including state Sen. Jeffrey Klein and Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr.

Organizers say they were honored to pay their respects to the veterans who were in attendance.
