THE BRONX - Some New Yorkers ditched their cars for another set of wheels on Bike to Work Day.

People around the city were encouraged to try healthier and more sustainable transportation options Friday.

The group Transportation Alternatives offered free coffee and treats to New Yorkers who biked to the office.

The group was set up at the Willis Avenue Bridge.
