THE BRONX - Bronx residents spent Wednesday finishing up last-minute costume shopping.

Employees at Frank Bee Costumes tell News 12 The Bronx that there's some extra excitement for Halloween this year, compared to 2012. Bronx residents say they're ready to dress up for Halloween, especially since Superstorm Sandy put a damper on celebrations last year.

Employees at the store say the most popular costumes for boys this year are the "Ninja Turtles," and for girls are the characters from "Monster High." Halloween makes up 75 percent of the company's fall business.
