Bronx residents still digging out after latest storm

PELHAM BAY - Some Bronx residents are finally digging out from the latest snowstorm to pummel the tri-state area.

After the Department of Sanitation cleared the streets, many cars remained buried under a foot or more of snow.

Some residents say that they've just given up trying to dig out their cars, and with another wither storm looming next week, digging out now may just mean digging out again if the next storm hits.
