THE BRONX - Residents are calling Old Albany Post Road a forgotten street after they say city officials have passed it over for repairs.

Harry Martinez says he has been complaining about the condition of the road for more than five years.

Martinez says he has broken muffler brackets and tires on the road?s potholes.

The Department of Transportation says the street is not mapped and therefore it has no jurisdiction over the road.

Community Board 8 says it is looking into who owns the road and is responsible for the care of it.
