Bronx salon reopens after flooding

THE BRONX - A Bronx salon owner was forced to temporarily close her shop after water rushed down from the roof and started caving into the salon.

Federico's Hair Salon is located on Middletown Road, and the owner was working on a customer yesterday when the flooding began. She says water filled her salon and it's not her fault. The salon has since reopened.

The owner says for about two years, she's reached out to the building owner and even the city, but no one has been willing to help fix it. She also states she's starting to lose business because of it.
