THE BRONX - Nice weather is expected for most of the Fourth of July weekend, but Bronx residents first had to deal with some stormy weather late Friday.

Scattered showers and storms were popping up near the city Friday evening.

Saturday, Sunday and Monday are all supposed to see mostly sunny skies with temperatures in the mid- to upper-80s.
