HUNTS POINT - Students from Samuel Gompers and Banana Kelly high schools marched together today, in protest of proposed budget cuts and what they're calling unequal funding for schools.

While both schools are considered low performing, Banana Kelly is getting millions in funding, while Samuel Gompers isn't. Students from both schools rallied together and spoke out about the unequal school funding.

The students said they're not upset with Banana Kelly, but would want both schools to receive equal funding from the city.
