THE BRONX - Preston High School was a place of quiet meditation Monday morning, as students pondered on the 10th anniversary of 9/11.

Some of the students were just 5 years old when the towers were struck. Yet, they say, the significance of what took place will forever be engraved in their minds.

Students were shown striking images of the moment the towers were hit, and when they collapsed. They shared poems, and bowed their heads in prayer.

As the assembly was dismissed, students said they'd continue to feel the weight of the 10th anniversary as they moved forward with their day.
