Both sides were back in court Monday over FreshDirect's plan to relocate to the South Bronx.

Oral arguments for both sides were heard at the Bronx Supreme Court. Online grocer FreshDirect wants to build its headquarters at the Harlem River Rail Yards, but opponents want to know if FreshDirect's sublease of the property is constitutional.
