HUNTS POINT - A Bronx taxi driver who allegedly hit and killed a 38-year-old woman in Hunts Point has been arrested after a witness picked him out of a lineup, police say.

Investigators say Bernardo Fernando had just begun his shift Thursday night when he struck 38-year-old Incela Solis while making a left turn on Tiffany Street. Investigators say Fernando's passenger witnessed the accident and was able to identify him.
