Bronx teen charged in hospital shooting

THE BRONX - The teenager accused in last week's shooting at Bronx Lebanon Hospital has been charged on 12 counts.

Michael Wayman, 19, allegedly opened fire in the emergency waiting room. Police say he was trying to shoot a patient following a gang-related incident, but instead struck a nurse and security guard.

Wayman's charges include attempted murder, attempted assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
