THE BRONX - A fashion entrepreneur from Throgs Neck, who is also an NYPD officer, is selling goods on the move.

Janet Caraballo has a passion for fashion and turned that love into the Emergency Mobile Thrift Store. The mother of two converted a former ambulance to sell clothing, shoes and accessories from designer brands.
