THE BRONX - A restaurant on Bruckner Boulevard has little space but is managing to stay open with a few new customers.

Owner Hercules Kontogiannis says the space has no room for tables but manages to serve the dozens of construction crews working in the area.

Out the Box, which opened on Sept. 10, is Kontogiannis' first restaurant but the sixth to occupy the space in the last four years. Despite the bad karma, Kontogiannis is convinced that a demand for food and a lack of restaurants nearby, along with an extensive menu, will keep his doors open.
