A fire at 3245 Bruner Ave. destroys the building and leaves one family homeless.Fire officials say the fire began in the back of the building,

THE BRONX - A fire at 3245 Bruner Ave. destroys the building and leaves one family homeless.

Fire officials say the fire began in the back of the building, spread up to the first floor and even reached the roof. Neighbors say they are lucky the fire was contained before it reached their homes.

The family is being helped by the Red Cross.
