THE BRONX - Bus service is up and running on a normal schedule this morning after some Halloween disruptions.

The Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) took safety precautions against vandals by shutting down the Bx8 and Bx24 lines last night.

Officials say those routes have been targeted by mischief makers on Halloween in the past.
