CITY ISLAND - Restaurants owners in City Island tell News 12 that business has been slow this Labor Day due to wet weather.

Scattered showers throughout the borough kept most customers indoors today, according to one restaurant owner.

Forecasters say more showers are expected through the night and into Tuesday morning.
