THE BRONX - Local businesses are trying to spruce up Westchester Square before a Saturday festival.

Merchants say graffiti has been cleaned from most streets. However, business owners in the area say taggers are still climbing buildings to spray graffiti. A graffiti taskforce spent Friday cleaning up the top levels of buildings with a cherry picker.

Merchants say they are looking forward to the ?Fair at the Square? festival and hope residents see a beautiful view of their borough.
