THE BRONX - Bronx Councilman Joel Rivera is turning his office into a donation center for victims of Hurricane Sandy.

Rivera is encouraging people to help those in need by dropping off food or clothing at 1901 Southern Blvd.

Donations can be made from 11 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Friday, and from noon until 3 p.m. on Saturday.
