BX family facing eviction over howling pooch

THE BRONX - A Bronx family is facing eviction from their Riverdale co-op over a howling Maltese named Rocky.

The Hyman family says Rocky acts as a therapy dog by singing with them, but neighbors have complained because the building doesn't allow animals.

Rita Hyman argues that the pooch doesn't live with them, but belongs to their daughter, who visits.

Building officials say they simply want the Hymans to comply with the rules and regulations of the complex.
