THE BRONX - A Bronx man has been arrested for allegedly driving drunk and high on drugs while his two kids were in the backseat.

According to police on Long Island, 46-year-old Darren James was pulled over Tuesday night for not signaling when he changed lanes. They say he had his kids, ages 7 and 10, with him, along with two other men.

Investigators say 36-year-old Daily McCullum, also from the Bronx, had heroin and a pipe on him and was arrested, along with a third man from Manhattan.

All three are charged with drug possession and endangering the welfare of a child.
