About 100 Bronx mothers are graduating this week from a free program that teaches them how to be more capable parents. The Nurse-Family Partnership program

THE BRONX - About 100 Bronx mothers are graduating this week from a free program that teaches them how to be more capable parents. The Nurse-Family Partnership program is offered to low-income mothers by the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. Specialized nurses make home visits and help guide young women from pregnancy until their children turn 2 years old. The special graduation ceremony is on Thursday.
