THE BRONX - After a disappointing finish for the U.S. mens' team gymnastics at the 2012 London Olympics, Bronx native John Orozco hoped to redeem himself in the individual competition.

Family and fans gathered at the World Cup Gymnastics in Chappaqua to watch Orozco compete.

Orozco however, fell short, placing eighth overall in the international completion after a disappointing attempt on the pommel horse.

Despite the disappointing finish, many hope Orozco will return and compete again in the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
