THE BRONX - A Bronx pastor and school principal accused of rape is facing new charges after another victim has claimed abuse from the church leader. Authorities say Michael Clare, 40, allegedly raped a student of the Harvest Preparatory Academy when she was 14 years old. They say the relationship lasted for two years, and that some of the encounters took place at the church and at the pastor's home. The Bronx district attorney says Clare had previously met with a second teenage girl, whom he allegedly raped and impregnated at age 12. Clare is currently behind bars awaiting his next court date.
